Base 3 Systems operates its own unique junior consultancy development scheme known as the Advance Programme.
Developed over 7 years ago, high calibre graduates are recruited by Base 3 Systems and provided with 7 weeks of intensive SAS training. The SAS course that constitutes the AP scheme was put together by SAS professionals and took the equivalent of 8 man years to develop.
The training course is delivered by expert instructors, and includes real world examples and case studies in order to ensure the individuals gain a practical understanding of using SAS software.
Following the completion of the SAS training, held at our offices in Beamsley near Skipton, individuals are placed with organisations on a trial basis. This period allows the client to get to know the individual and vice versa.
At the end of the placement period, the client has a range of options for each Advance Programme consultant.
Many organisations find the recruitment process a maze, and the cost of recruitment can also be very high when all the time is accounted for that it takes to process CV's and weed out the unsuitable candidates. Industry figures suggest that something like 70% of all CV's an organisation receives will not be suitable for the position the individual has applied for.
